Who we are

We build restaurant software worth putting your name on.

Panda Eats makes premium software for independent restaurants. Branded online ordering that runs on your own site, the tools to run it properly, and an app that puts the whole thing in your pocket - built so the order, the customer and the money all stay yours.

  • Your site, your brand, your customer list
  • Orders that never slip through the cracks
  • We build it with you, not hand you a login

Built on the infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses.

Card data and PCI compliance are handled by Stripe - never by us.

Our missionThree commitments

Independent restaurant owners should stay in control.

Panda Eats builds restaurant software around the business an owner has created. We make it easier to serve guests and run the day without taking the brand, customer relationship, or operating decisions out of the restaurant's hands.

House commitment

Built for independent owners

We start with busy service, restaurant teams, and decisions made by the people doing the work. The software should fit the restaurant, not ask the owner to work around it.

House commitment

One system, fewer handoffs

Our products are designed so menus, orders, and day-to-day controls can work together. When an owner makes a change, it should carry through wherever it applies without duplicate updates.

House commitment

Your business stays yours

Your brand, domain, customer relationships, data, and payouts remain under your control. Panda Eats supports the connection between you and your guests without taking it over.

How we work

We start with how your restaurant works.

Every restaurant has its own menu, service model, and pace. We learn how your team operates, help shape the setup around that work, and make the responsibilities clear from the start.

Product-specific features, pricing, third-party costs, and availability are stated with the product they apply to.

Panda Eats / how we workThree rules
  • Start with the real workflow

We look at how orders move from the guest to the kitchen and where the owner and staff need control.

  • Set it up together

We help organize the menu and connect the parts your team will use, so you are not left with an empty account.

  • Keep the handoff clear

We explain what Panda Eats manages, what a third party manages, and what remains under your control.

What we are building next.

Two products in active development, built into the same system rather than bolted onto it. We will not give you a date we are not sure of - when they are ready, you will hear it here first.

  1. In development01

    Point of sale

Ring up in-person orders and take payment at the table.

Built on the same menu and order core the rest of Panda Eats runs on, so a price change is one edit and the counter and the website can never disagree.

  2. In development02

    Self-ordering kiosk

Let walk-in guests browse, order and pay at a branded screen.

Your menu and your artwork on a touchscreen by the door, with card payment handled by Stripe hardware, to take the pressure off the counter at the rush.

From the kitchen floor

Owners who already switched.

Independent restaurants in South Florida, running their own ordering, in their own name.

Panda Eats came in to help out big time when we needed it most. They built up an amazing online menu for the restaurant, took care of all social media management and Google, and on top of that built a website that was more than we could've hoped for. They take their job personal and treat you the right way. Highly recommended!

Luis M. - Little Louies Italian Kitchen, Miami, FL

Joining Panda Eats has been one of the best decisions for my restaurant. Rene and his team have been incredibly supportive of all our needs and have provided outstanding support from day one. Whatever we may need, whether it's part of their services or not, they're always available for us. Rene always finds a solution for anything and everything, and I can confidently say he's there for us 24/7.

Kalhan R. - Palace Indian Cuisine, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Great support, they are local and very responsive, which is the most important thing for me. They do my online ordering, website integration, and flyers.

Straight answers

The questions this page probably just raised.

Branded online ordering on your own website - pickup, delivery, reservations and catering - plus the menu builder, delivery zones, promotions, reporting and the order-taking tablet app that go with it. You also get the merchant app, so you can check revenue and pause service from your phone. It is one product with everything switched on, not a starter tier.

We build your menu with you rather than handing you an empty builder - photos, sizes, modifiers and all. Then the ordering button goes onto your existing website, which is two lines of HTML your web person can paste in, or we do it for you. We provide the tablet that rings for new orders and pair it with your printer, and if you already have an Android tablet you would rather use, it works on that instead. You keep your existing website, domain and register exactly as they are.

Every price we charge is published rather than quoted, and it sits on the page for the product it belongs to so you can read it in full. Online ordering is priced against the orders you actually take, and the online ordering page has the exact figure, what Stripe charges on top, and a calculator you can run on your own volume to see both.

Yes, and it is the part we care most about. Every order carries the customer's name, email and phone into your dashboard, where you can read it, filter it and export it. Run your own promotions, send your own email, win back your own regulars. We do not market to your customers and we do not sell the list.

Both are in development. They are being built on the same menu and order core online ordering already uses, so when they arrive they are something you can add rather than a migration you are forced through. We have not set pricing for either one, because we have not finished building them, and we are not going to invent a number to make this page look complete.

Then you leave. Online ordering has no contract behind it, so there is nothing to unwind and no penalty to pay - cancel from the dashboard whenever you like. Your menu, your customers and your website were yours the whole time, and you keep all three.

Put better software in your restaurant.

Branded online ordering on your own site, with the menu, the tablet, the reporting and the setup help included. Go and see exactly what it does, and what it would feel like to own the whole thing.
